| Phosphating plants are used for the pre-treatment for organic coatings such as powder coating, lacquers, rubber-metal connections or zinc flake coatings. Main fields of application for phosphating plants are corrosion protection, the formation of a wash primer for lacquers and plastic films, facilitation of non-cutting shaping, improvement of sliding properties and electrical isolation. In certain cases phosphate coats can also increase the useful life of cutting tools. |
