Operation:

The plant is operated via industrial operator terminal with Windows graphical user interface. The visualisation is also Windows-based ( pop-up menus, drag & drop,...); it has a very clear structure, with graphical symbols for all important items of information. Furthermore the operation is multilingual (i.e. German and national language of the customer).

Visualisation

The visualisation includes the user administration, which can be administered by the customer flexibly with any required number of users and access rights.

Plant layout

The plant layout shows the status of all flight bars and transporters.

The visualisation also allows direct access to the database, where production data (times, electrical currents, temperatures etc.) and quality protocols are stored.

Quality management is a very important component. Any customer-specific production data including all batches can be recorded and displayed. Such a display can also have the form of a chart.
